Quality
is crucial for companies in the electronics industry with
'right first time' and 'zero defects' being essential.
Highblade
is justly proud of the quality of its products and services
and operates a policy of continual quality revue. The company
is accredited with the international quality standard BS EN
ISO9001: 1994. This quality management system covers all aspects
of our processes from order processing to despatch, procurement
and vendor assessment, off site work, design processes and
staff training.
All of
our products are manufactured to in-house drawings, which
are retained indefinitely. Confidentially of product specifications
and drawings is assured.
Our products
are individually inspected and electronically tested prior
to despatch using state of the art test equipment. Test results
are logged and printouts can be provided with the goods if
required.
We can
offer full traceability on our products. When this is specified
by our clients each individual product carries a unique serial
number.
The quality
of our products has been a key factor in the success of the
company. By means of ongoing research we strive to improve
the quality of our raw materials, processes and products to
ensure that we constantly deliver top quality goods and services
at competitive prices. |

The
EMC Regulations became mandatory on 1st January 1996. Amendment
regulations implement the CE Marking Directive as it affects
the EMC Directive. It is a requirement that equipment shall
neither produce electromagnetic emissions, nor be affected
by external electromagnetic fields. Cables can act as effective
aerials, either radiating or picking up unwanted electromagnetic
interference.
We
offer a number of techniques to eliminate this problem including
fully shielded connectors, double screened cables, filtered
connectors and the use of ferrite sleeves and beads. |
